Shipping and delivery policy

PunchMe is a software service delivered online. We do not ship any physical goods.

Access

• Your account is ready as soon as you sign up and verify your email. The dashboard is at company.punchme.online.
• Employees use the PunchMe Android app. They sign in with the work email you add and a code we email them.

Wallet top-ups

When you top up your wallet, the money is credited after Razorpay confirms the payment. This normally takes a few minutes. If the wallet covers a charge that is due, that charge is taken straight away and a paused account resumes automatically.

If a payment has gone through but your wallet is not credited within a few hours, email support@punchme.online with the Razorpay payment ID.

Invoices

A GST tax invoice is issued for each monthly charge. You can view, print or save it as a PDF from Billing in the dashboard.
