PunchMe starts there. Every punch comes from the employee's own registered phone, with a live face check and the office geofence, and you decide what happens when something doesn't add up. The same records then drive leaves, overtime and a payroll run that handles PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS.
We charge per active employee from a prepaid wallet, with no card mandate, because that's how most small businesses here prefer to pay.
