Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses PunchMe: customers, their team members and employees. It is part of our terms of service. If it is broken, we may suspend access.

Tracking and monitoring

  • No covert tracking. Field tracking may be used only with the employee's knowledge and consent in the app, and only while they are on duty. Do not hide it, mislead employees about it or pressure them into it unfairly.
  • No tracking outside work. Do not use PunchMe to monitor people outside working hours, on personal time or for non-work purposes.
  • Face check with consent. Use face check only after giving employees notice and getting their consent where the law requires it.
  • Only your people. Add only your own employees, contractors and staff, with a genuine work reason.

Lawful use

  • Do not use PunchMe to break labour, employment, wage, data protection or any other law, for example to deny lawful wages, leave or benefits, or to discriminate against employees.
  • Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringes anyone's rights, or contains malware.
  • Do not upload personal data you have no right to process.

Security

  • Do not spoof location, fake punches, use emulators or modified apps, or help anyone else do so.
  • Do not try to bypass device binding, face check, liveness, Play Integrity or any other security control.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the PunchMe app or service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
  • Do not access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, probe or scan the service for weaknesses without permission, or overload it.

Commercial use

Do not resell, sublicense or offer PunchMe to third parties as your own service without a written agreement with Hostspica.

Reporting

  • Report abuse or misuse to support@punchme.online.
  • Report security vulnerabilities to security@punchme.online. Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it, and do not access or change other people's data while testing.
