Each employee signs in on one registered phone, and the server matches their face on every punch. Sharing a login or a phone doesn't get past either.
Holding up a photo or a video
The server asks for two random liveness steps per punch, such as blink, turn your head or smile. A still photo can't follow them.
A fake-GPS app
Android reports mock locations and PunchMe sends that flag with the punch. You choose whether it's blocked or sent to HR for review.
Checking in from home or the tea stall
Each office has a geofence, a radius or a drawn boundary. Check-ins from outside it are blocked or flagged, your choice.
Signing in on a second phone
A new phone can't sign in until HR resets the old one from the dashboard. Every reset is a deliberate HR action.
Replaying yesterday's punch
Every punch signs a fresh challenge that expires in 60 seconds and works only once.

The app saves the punch on the phone, signed and with the face check done, and syncs it later. By default it goes to HR for review.
