Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated 2026-11-04
PunchMe is billed through a prepaid wallet. You add money to the wallet, and each month's charge is taken from it in advance. There is no auto-debit, mandate or subscription on your card or bank account.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time:
- Stop topping up. When the wallet cannot cover the next monthly charge, the account pauses. No further charges are taken.
- Close your account. Email support@punchme.online from the account owner's email address and ask us to close the account.
Your data is kept while an account is paused. If you want it deleted, ask us when you close the account.
Monthly charges
Each monthly charge covers the month ahead. Once a month has been charged, that charge is non-refundable and is not prorated, including if you cancel, archive employees or stop using PunchMe part way through the month.
Unused wallet balance
Wallet balance does not expire. You can request a refund of unused wallet balance when you close your account. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same top-up, or money is deducted but the top-up fails and your wallet is not credited, contact us. After we confirm it with Razorpay, we will refund the amount to the original payment method or credit it to your wallet, as you prefer.
How to request a refund
Email support@punchme.online with:
- your company name and the account owner's email;
- the Razorpay payment ID or the date and amount of the payment;
- the reason for the request.
Refunds go to the original payment method. The time for the money to show in your account also depends on your bank or card issuer.
